Road Design & Engineering

At Digitise, we provide design services across Road Alignment, Road Furniture, Drainage, Earthworks, Utilities, and Construction Staging to support Concept and Detailed Design, and the Construction Phase. We adopt the latest design tools, including inhouse tools, to rapidly develop many design options for our clients.

We use 12d Model as our primary design software, with the Road Alignment, Road Furniture, Drainage, Earthworks, Utilities, and Construction Staging models synced live across the platform. This allows changes to be immediately shared for improved collaboration during design development, rather than at the end of the project milestone.

We have a strong understanding of the latest design standards including Austroads Guide to Road Design, TfNSW Specifications, and Australian Standards, and how to best apply them on our projects.

Digitise complements our technical expertise with digital engineering to develop immersive 3D Federated Models as part of the design process, not as an addon at the end. This approach allows us to develop holistic design solutions as the design progresses removing the siloed approach to design by bringing all disciplines into a single design environment, allowing the identification of conflicts in the design through automated clash analysis and 4D construction simulation of the works.
